Hazel's Room

*One of the arches doorways lead to a small kitchen like area, since Hazel pulls all nighters all the time, she doesn't have the time to go down to the kitchen to get coffee or anything else.*

*Rika stared at her room, instantly instantly in awe of Hazel's luxurious room*
Man, I sleep on the cold floor in an abandoned warehouse...this is too nice for me.
*Ryu suddenly felt dirty and looked up at Rika*
Can you ask her if we could use her bathroom to give me a bath?
*Rika smiled and turned to Hazel and Flame*
Ryu's wondering if we could use your bathroom and take a bath... *Rika blushed, noticing the dirt on her face as well*

*Hazel shrugged, removing her coat and hanging it to Flame who took it to the closet to hang up.*
Sure. It's right behind that door.
*She pointed to the door on the right, while heading through the archway on the left. She was going to prepare some coffee for herself, and Rika if she wanted any.*
Would you like anything to eat or drink?
*She had to speak a little louder to make sure Rika heard her from the bathroom. She got down a cup for herself, and waited for Rika's response.*

*Rika looked outside the bathroom and smiled*
Cold water's fine.
*She started undressing. Ryu didn't mind, since he's seen her many times when they would bathe in the lake together back in Japan. Rika turned on the water and gave a startled cry. She has never used the bath before and when she turned on the faucet, hot water came out. She was used to bathing in cold water, but warm water was so much nicer. As the bathtub started to fill, both Rika and Ryu climbed in and sighed*
Heavenly....
*Rika sank into the water and noticed the water getting murkier, all the dirt coming off of them turning the water into a murky gray. She groaned and drained all the bad water and filled up the tub again with new hot water. It was paradise, like a warm blanket enveloping them both and Rika started to fall asleep*

*Hazel nodded, though she knew Rika wouldn't be able to see her.*
Alright. When your done just come in here, and it'll be waiting. There are sme towels under the sink too.
*She added the towels part since she didn't leave towels lying about, so she had to tell everyone where they were. Flame was soon by her side and took over making the coffee. Hazel smiled.*
Thank you, Flame.
*She went over to the table and began to clear all her tools and electronics from one of the places, for Rika. Then she went back over to Flame and motioned for him to remove the chip that made him able to transmit emotion data when touched. He quickly removed it from his wrist and gave it to her. She walked back to the table and plugged the chip into her laptop, while yelling to Rika.*
Oh, when you come in here, be careful not to touch Flame! I'm working on him right now, and if you do he might malfunction.

*Rika could faintly hear Hazel yelling to her and she opened her eyes. She sat up and saw that the water was murky again. As it was draining, she looked around for some shampoo and spotted it on a shelf. She got out of the tub, snatched it and rushed back to the warmth of the tub. As the tub refilled yet again, she squeezed some of the honey-like goo onto her hand and scrubbed it into her hair. When she washed the soap out, she washed Ryu's coat with the same shampoo and washed out the grayish soap. They both got out of the tub and Rika dried off Ryu before he could shake off the moisture himself, then dried herself with a different towel and through them both into the laundry*
*Rika yelled out to Hazel from the bathroom* Do you have any spare clothes I could borrow?
*Ryu walked out into the room Hazel was in and curled up in a corner to sleep. He was tired from the journey to the U.S. and from wandering New York City. Not to mention the warmth of the water made him warm and fuzzy. He soon fell asleep*

*Hazel glanced up from her work when Rika asked about spare clothes. She blinked.*
Yeah, there are some over in the closet.
*She returned to her laptop, trying in Flames personality. She'd thought it through rather well, though she had been tempted to letting someone else program his personality, but had decided against it. Who knew what would have gone in then?*

*Rika went to the closet and grabbed some clean clothes. They were a bit big, but they would do for now. She didn't have the money to buy new clothes though. Rika walked into the room where Hazel was now typing on the computer*
What are you doing? Are you working on Flame?
*She went over and sat down with Ryu. She stroked him as he breathed slowly in and out, her hand rising and falling on his shoulder. She loved Ryu more than anyone in the world and doubted that she would love someone more than him. She smiled, wishing that he was human*

*Hazel glanced up from the laptop screen, and smiled at Rika.*
Yes. Flame needs a personality after all.
*Flame walked over and handed Hazel her cup of coffee. She grinned at him.*
Thank you. Just give me one more moment, and you'll be all set.
*Flame stood completely still as Hazel finished the codes, then double checked them for errors. There weren't any. She removed the chip and handed it to Flame who returned it to where it belonged in his wrist while Hazel stood and went into the bedroom, sipping on her coffee. She watched Rika and Ryu for a moment, before sitting down on the couch.*
You two must really be close. How long have you had him?

*Rika looked up and smiled*
I found him as a pup when Neji and I were separated. He was only a few days old. We've been with each other since. I can understand and communicate with animals and so I have conversations with Ryu all the time. I taught him everything I know.
*Rika kept stroking him*

*Hazel smiled and looked to Flame.*
Flame, could you please bring in Rika's water?
*Flame nodded and went into the kitchen, soon returning with the glass of cold water. He then handed it to Rika before wandering around the room till he reached another chair, where he sat. Hazel took a quick sip of her coffee, watching Rika.*
So your power is with animals. Facinating.

Yes. I can transform as well. *Rika took a sip of her water and sighed* You graduated from here right? What's your power? I can tell that you're very good with robots and androids... *Rika glanced at Flame and smiled. Ryu stirred a little under Rika's hand and he opened his eyes as he lifted his head and yawned, light gleaming off his sharp teeth*

*Hazel shrugged, lowering her mug to her lap, watching Rika and Ryu, smiling.*
Yes, I am a former student. Though my powers don't help much with robotics, it was just a pass time for me.
*She paused.*
I'm a fairly weak technopath, just good at computers really. I also project a field that causes dizziness and nausea, and can generate and transmit any manner of illness or infection. That's probably why everyone thought I would become a doctor or something like that.

Hmmm....well, can I walk around the school? I'd love to see the different mutants. Is there anyone that I should look out for? *Rika smiled and Ryu looked up at her*

*Hazel nodded.*
Yeah, sure. As for who to look out for.... Watch out for a pair of boys. One has brown hair, other silver, sometimes a white haired girl is with them. They'll be easy to spot because their always together.
*She meant Ace, Kolm, and Mairead. The three always seemed to be fighting each other. Hazel didn't think it smart if Rika got involved in their battles.*
