That's it, a little more. Just a little more he thought as he continued to speak to her. He could tell Alex was fighting with herself, but he continued trying. He knew that if he would get the old Alex back, then they would all be able to get out of here and free the rest of the slaves.

Alex walked over to the cage her head down low and unlocked it
“GET OUT!” she yelled she didn’t want the fighting in her head anymore she wanted him to stop she couldn’t stand the sight of him anymore she was falling “I don’t want to see you again ever Please don’t come back ever if you do I’ll …kill you” come on Alex keep being mean keep holding on she keep telling her self she was crying tears streaming down her face “go home Tim please”
Devika was on a large flying bird above the building the roof wasn’t stable enough to walk on it would fall apart if she step on it she saw that the young girl was crying she wondered what Tim had said to her inorder for her to open up the cage and let them go the only things she was able to hear was when ever the girl yelled at him and that wasn’t much to build on. Devika was ready to go and save everyone and this was looking easier then it was suppose to be.

He was prepared for anything when she walked over to the cage and unlocked it. He didn't know what to do, but one glance up at the roof and he saw Devika. He smiled, knowing that no matter what she would be able to help him. So he did the only thing he could do to snap Alex out of her case, or get himself killed. He walked up to Alex, put his arms around her and hugged her.
"I'm not leaving without you, Alex. You're my friend, and I can't leave with you like this. I'm sorry, but if you're going to kill me, then do it. I said you're a friend I'd die for, and if you're the one that kills me, then so be it."
As he held her, he placed his hand on the back of her head, gently stroking her hair. He closed his eyes and kissed the top of her head, ready to face whatever it was she was going to do to him.
"Don't for get who you really are. I won't."

Alex was token back when Tim hugged her “let me go” she stuggled ageist him “why are you hugging me I just threatened to kill you”.
“go away” she whispered “please” she tried pushing him away
She was she actually like being in his arms and his hand threw her hair she stopped fighting him and just stayed there for a moment “Tim “ she whispered but she didn’t know what to say she just returned the hug finally “I’m not going to hurt you idiot” she smiled
when he asked her too not forget who she was turned her head away form him “I’m scared to and I don’t think I want to”

The "he" of course being towards her brother. He didn't have any siblings himself, but the ones he considered friends he also considered family, and that included Alex. He smiled as she returned the hug and said she wasn't going to hurt him. He released her from the hug and hoped that it worked bringing her back to her senses. He didn't like seeing Alex being mean and ful, he liked the old Alex that was fun and carefree.
"So where are we? Any ideas on how we get out of here?"

she didn’t want to kill him anymore at lest she was feeling something for what she’d done it was coming slowly but still she was feeling bad for everything she did.
“Thankyou” she whispered to him holding him tighter until he let go
She thought about the question for a moment “we are about 3 miles for any real city and we just walk out the front door I think the only siricty I know about is the bars and well….me” then she flashed a big smile at him the smile was somewhat forsed but somewhere inside she was really smiling “and you got pass both of thoghs” she then stop smiling looking around “I’m sure there’s more I don’t know about I can’t see Cain having something like this with such little security” she sighed “I’m sorry” she turned away form him she wanted to cry she was finally seeing everything wrong she had done in the last little wile and it was her falt how many people had she hurt if it wasn’t for Tim she’d still be hear problly getting bored and finding a new fun way to torcher someone, she betrayed the Xmen the group she thought of as her friends and family when she had none she…had broght Ian to Cain witch in part ment anything Ian did she blamed her self. She was holding back tears this was no time to cry she had to help Tim

He could tell she was hurting inside, who could blame her? She wasn't herself and who knows what had happened. Though he was happy they were out, he couldn't help but feel Alex still needed his help. He walked up to her and put his arms around her again, hugging her close as he did.
"It's ok to cry, you know. It's a better way to think afterwards.
He just held her then, waiting for her to start crying and let it all out. He looked around for Devika and saw her still on the roof. He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride now, knowing that his team of two had grown into a team of three. Well...it will be three once Alex is back into a right state.

When Tim hugged her she couldn’t help but to start crying tears rolled down her face she didn’t know how crying would make her feel better later but she keep going on she was glad that Tim was holding her because she was sure she’d fall if he wasn’t she didn’t know where to go from hear she didn’t want to go to the school she was to ashamed to show her face she couldn’t go back to Cain he’d know she wasn’t what she wanted her to be also see was to scared of him she didn’t know how long she cried but when her eyes where dry for lack of wather she look up at Tim
“We have to get out of hear we’ll be in so much trouble if where caught I don’t even want to think about it”

He smiled as she started crying. He knew crying helped more then anything, he'd done his fair share of crying. When she was done, and looked to him, saying they needed to get out of here, he shook his head. They couldn't leave yet, not until the slaves were free and not until Devika can walk down the streets without looking over her shoulder.
"We're not leaving yet, we have to free the slaves, and you can help." he said with a smile.

Alex keep holding Tim for awile see was confused when Tim shook his head but soon understood when he said they had to free the slaves she felt bad she had completely forgotten about where they where.
“O yea the slaves I forgot” she grab the keys “O.K then lets get started” she moved to a cage but hesitated for a moment scared for a moment what would happen would the muntant in there attack her for everything she’d done would they understand she shook the thought out of her head and turned the key.
Devikia watched the cry fest but when the girl that Tim was talking too finally moved to a cage with a set of keys Devikia broke through the roof and landed the bird on the ground
“So shes helping us then” she looked at Tim for an answer from him.

"Why don't you let me handle the unlocking part."
He smiled, having watched Alex release him then grab the keys. As she walked over she froze, and he couldn't help but feel how scared she might be. The mutants in here didn't understand her the way he did and they might be hostile to her. Walking over, he held her hand and took the keys from her. He was about to unlock the cage when Devika burst through the roof, causing him to jump a little and turn. He saw it was her, breathing a shaky sigh of relief.
"Be a little cautious on those entrances ok?" he laughed a little, then looked to the mutant in the cage, "We're here to help. We're freeing all the slaves then taking care of who ever's in charge." he stopped, looking to Alex, "Who is in charge of all this anyway?"

“o but wheres the fun in that” she washed as the Tim talked to the mutant in the cage explaining how it was going to be all right and smiled this was actlly working they where getting them out
When he took the keys from her she sighed with relief, Tim understood how scared she was it was nice how he was hear for hear it really was like a sibling. She let him take the keys and steeped away form the cage when he asked her who was in chage she jumped when Devika came storming throw afrired it might have been Cain but when she relized it was not him she calmed down.
But her heart raced when Tim looked at her and asked who was in charge and had said to the muntant that they where taking care of them she steeped back form them
“You want to go after him your crazy your out of your mind his imposibule to stop he’ll kill you or worst he’ll find the one thing you never want to happen and he’ll make it happen. No one can stop him” Alex was scared she feared Cain now more then anything wanted him to be out of her life but she didn’t think anyone chould stop him “he not just over this he’s over everything that’s gone wrong in the last wile destroying citys and home this right hear is nothing compared to what he can do and what he has these mutants are the lucky ones they aren’t being hug like a Halloween dissuasion or being forse to hurt there friends If you guys want to stop him you get chaght you’ll end up in the worst possible situation you can ever amazing why don’t you just free the slaves and give up form there this war isiant one worth fighting we should all give up “ Alex was shacking the hole idea of Tim wanting to go face to face with Tim scared spit less he just saved her she didn’t want to have to go save her she didn’t even want see Cains face agin she was sure if Cain found out she was back to normal Alex he’d kill her with out even thinking about it no matter the begging she did alex wrapped her arms around her self “Tim please don’t do it I don’t want to lose you”

He had to smile when Devika commented. Having friends like her and Alex were the best things that have happened to him. When he mentioned that he wanted to see who was in charge, Alex freaked, and even when Devika burst into the room she seemed scared. Who ever was in charge of all this was obviously somebody she was afraid of. He placed his hands on her arms gently and looked in her eyes.
"ok ok no going after the big shot. Don't worry, I won't leave you alright?" he smiled, then looked around, "Is this the only place where mutants are being held?"

When he placed his hand on her shoulder to calm her down she emidilly hugged him
“you promise that you won’t leave me promise” she thought for a moment about weather or not there was any others “this is the biggest one most of them will stop working with out this one as the back bone most of the other ones are just small groups who buy most of them don’t have more then one mutant at a time”

That settled it, even when she hugged him again. He returned the hug, making the promise to himself as well. Where ever Alex went from now on, he would go to. When she looked around and told him about the place, he couldn't help the wicked look that was forming on his face now.
"So this is the backbone of the slave trade? Good." he looked back to Alex, "Then this is the place we take down. Let's get to work."
He looked from Alex, to Devika, then back to the mutant who was trapped in the cage. Taking the key, he unlocked it and opened the door. He knew that one of three things were going to happen. Either it would escape to freedom, help them find the others, or go berserk and destroy the place. He hoped the latter of the two will happen after he freed them all.
