Some would consider Russia the perfect vacation spot, but in Cain's eyes, it was the perfect place for a massacre. He looked around coldly as he walked the streets, wondering where a good spot to start his little chaos would be. Tokyo was already in ruins, his rule in India and Afghanistan were growing, he was working his way along the foreign countries with ease.
He looked towards the capital and a cold smile grew on his face. Where better to start destroying a city then at the capital. He started walking towards it when he noticed something out of the corner of his eye that caught his interest.

Dimitri waltzed around Moscow, admiring all the old buildings of the Romanovs. He would give anything to live back in that day, as a royal. Grand parties in this large, majestic buildings. Large, heavy tapestries lined the walls. He loved it all. Dimitri had many memories of running through the allies as a young boy. He soon entered a restaurant and when a waitress asked him a question in Russian, he answered deftly and low. The waitress blushed, then scurried off, with Dimitri following her to his table.

It wasn't coincidence that Pitsha was in Russia this day. No, she was here for a reason. The 'old woman' had left her constant companion behind at the hotel, asking for privacy in her observations today. It had take some persuading, but Pitsha had finally been able to convince her guard of sorts to stay.
Pitsha wandered the streets, with a thoughtful expression upon her face, her eyes scanning everything around her, as most tourists would when visiting an unknown country. But something about Pitsha... the way she walked, or communicated with the natives, was intriguing to say the least. She drew much attention to herself, especially that of men's. She wasn't scantly dressed though, she wore denim jeans, and black high heels, her top a beautiful red that hugged her flawless curves, her blond hair falling about her like waves. No, she spared no discretion. She was seeking the attention of one fellow in particular... And that, happened to be the most dangerous man alive.

It didn't take her long to catch that man's attention, and as he looked over in her direction, he couldn't help but feel drawn to her. He didn't smile, instead his eyes narrowed and he turned fully towards her. He watched as Demetri walked into a nearby restaurant, and smiled when he realized how simple humans were. He was going to destroy Russia, the same way he destroyed half of New York almost a few months before.
He gave the woman a small smile and winked, then turned and started walking again. But as if she was buried in his mind now, a few steps ahead caused him to stop. What was keeping him from going towards his target? He turned quickly towards her again, noticing she was still looking at him. He up to where there was only a few feet between them.
"What is your business with me woman?"

Pitsha was smirking. She knew it wouldn't take long to get his attention. After all... There was a connection between the two that even Cain would be unable to fight. That connection though, was a mystery to him. It had taken Pitsha years to discover the connection herself. But when she had, she'd near laughed. What were the chances?
Ah, and there. She'd caught his eye. He wouldn't be wandering off now. There would be something about Pitsha that interested him. Not in a romantic way of course, no. It was familiarity. Something about Pitsha that was so familar, yet he wouldn't be able to put a finger to it.
And then, he was speaking to her. Taking several steps towards him, she inclined her head a little, in a mischievous, almost mad sort of way. "What makes you think I have business with you? Perhaps it is you who has business with me."

Something about her tugged at the back of his mind, like a cord that had been tied there, but no matter how hard he pulled he couldn't get it out. It was then that she spoke, her voice almost taunting. It drove him into a small rage and he reached out, grabbing her throat and pinning her to the wall. But like the day he had attacked Jackie, something struck his mind. This time there were no % C no tearing at his metal skin, just an feeling. Like someone he had known since childhood, yet never officially met until now. Slowly his hand removed itself from her throat, lowering back to his side.
"Who are you? Why do I feel I know you?"

Pitsha didn't show much reaction to his pinning her to the wall, just sucked in a sharp breath, but that taunting smirk refused to leave her lips. And then, she was back on her feet again, brushing her hair off her shoulders, as if there were dust there. "Temper, temper." The way she scolded him, tsking between her teeth, that might touch a nerve. Speaking in the same tone that her entire line did, including Cain's own close relatives.
She paused, softening her smirk a touch. "I am not to sure if you are prepared to know who I am yet. I don't wish to send you into any sort of shock. That might cause even more of a disturbance then your outburst." The streets and cleaned of all life when Cain had lashed out at her, everyone retreating into the shelters of indoors.

Temper, temper. The way she said that struck a cord in his mind, down in the dark recesses of memories he had tried hard to forget. How did he know her so well? What was it about her that made him want to keep her alive? When she made the comment about his outburst clearing the streets, he turned and looked around. He smirked as he turned towards the empty streets.
"Those fools think they can hide from me. Within moments this whole place will be nothing but ash and ."

"Ah. Not yet, poor boy. You must not do such a trivial thing." Again, it sounded as if she were scolding her own child. And the way she called him boy, as if no doubt in her mind that he was merely a boy to her, a child.
A moment's silence passed, before Pitsha sighed, running her fingers through her hair again. "This is not the best place to have such a discussion. Perhaps we shall find a place better suited to the... matter at hand?"

"Not yet?"
Did she think to control him like a troubled child? But once again with a look to her, something tugged at him from inside, telling him to listen to her. He once again looked to the capital, picturing it and everything around it in flames. But another look to her and the decision was made. He would hold off destroying Russia...for now.
"What is it do you wish to discuss?"

Pitsha smiled, satisfied by Cain's willingness to be so obedient. Well, towards her at least. If she were anyone else? He might have murdered her for such words. But no, he would feel ties far to deep to last out at her in such a way. It almost made her smirk. How interesting ties like these were. It was always fun to come across these people.
With a motion of her head, she turned on her heels, retreating down the street to an abandoned shop only a block away. She'd scouted the place earlier. IT was the perfect spot. Pushing the door open, she entered, she took several more steps, the clicks of her heels echoing in the empty building. Finally she turned again, to face Cain, if he were there that is.

He continued to stare at her, even as she smirked at him. Something about her made him more curious the more they spoke and stood there. A gesture of her head and she was off in the direction of an abandoned shop. He followed her all the way, wondering where this might lead. She entered the shop, her heals echoing of the bare and dusty floor. His own boots echoing as well as he came in, closing the door behind him.
What little light that showed through the windows lit up enough of the room for him to see an outline of her form. Good he thought to himself I can at least keep an eye on her, just in case she forces me to end her little life. Silence fell between them, and he just waited for her to make her move. This was her game, he decided, he will play by her rules...for now.

Ah, so he did follow her? That was good. At least she wouldn't have to worry about tracking him down. Again. Ugh, it had been such a nuance to. To go through it twice? She'd rather just give up the search.
Taking a few moments to let both their eyes adjust to the dimmer lighting, she smiled softly. "I am Pitsha. Pitsha Larai Milena. You are probably unfamiliar with the name, so I am not sure that will help ease your curiosity at all."

When he was about to order, Dimitri saw a man pinning a woman against a wall. Cain! He immediately got up and ran to the entrance of the restaurant, hiding behind the door frame. He occasionally looked out and Cain soon let go of the woman. When Dimitri saw her, he felt drawn to her...as if she were a memory buried deep inside him from long ago. Soon, the two walked off, Cain following her. Puzzlement racked his mind as he tried to realize why Cain would let that woman go and follow her, instead of killing her. Dimitri then followed the two of them, keeping a far distance behind them.
Soon, Cain and the woman went into an abandoned shop. Dimitri hid near a window, to overhear the conversation between the two. What could these people possibly talk about? The woman was obviously a mutant...why else would she have effected him this way? And Cain was obviously drawn towards her as well. But Dimitri stayed on guard, ready to teleport when needed.

Pitsha, that was her name? As she had told him he didn't recognize it, so of course he would pay it no mind except for what to call her. But what's in the name, as a famous writer wrote? It still didn't explain why he felt draw to her and why he had the extreme hesitation not to end her life. What was holding him fast like this? Nobody was able to do such a thing with him except for Jackie, but she was back in Asia.
"What do you want of me, Pitsha, and do make it fast, I have a demolition appointment to keep." he smirked at that last comment.
