If anyone were to know Cain, his arrival through the ocean waters would not surprise anybody. However, do to the situation he had found himself it, he would be seen struggling to get out of the ocean with two other members. It was harder then he thought to carry two others along with him. He had usually held them in a form of containment that would allow him to just carry them.
He walked up onto the shores of the island, holding onto Sky and carrying Rose. Once he was fully on the island, he allowed the watery form to melt away, revealing the three in their original color. After he had set Rose down, his body slumped a little, leaning against Sky as he did. She had been a great vote of confidence and had helped him through the entire trip, both mentally and physically, but now he was officially drained and needed to rest a bit.

Sky held onto Cain the whole trip, trying to keep Rose asleep. It was a strange sensation, turning into a different material then your own body, but when they arrived at the island, she was glad to be back to normal. She noticed Cain was drained, carrying three people at a time using his power and she felt grateful. Sky combed her fingers through his hair, holding him as he slumped against her.
"Thank you, darling. I'll take it from here." She led Cain forward while he held Rose. She then walked forward, leaving them behind.
"We're here with Rose, Shadow. And there's something else you need to know as well..." Sky sent her message to Shadow, hoping she would get here soon. Rose was struggling to wake up and Sky kept her brain asleep when it wasn't supposed to be, it would do some damage.

Shadow hadn't wandered off to far while waiting for Cain to return with the youngest Nightshade female. Her mind was reeling though. Rose's memory loss opened many doors of possibility. Perhaps Rose would be able to finish her Nightshade training, Perhaps she could be the one to kill Parker for Shadow. Perhaps... her true capabilities would finally manifest...
Hearing Sky's voice in her head brought her attention back to reality. Shaking her head free of the thoughts she returned to the entrance quickly. The way Sky had sounded.... It didn't sound good at all. "What happened?" She didn't bother with anything else, she had to know what had Sky so on edge, and why Cain had forced himself to carry both of the Nightshade girls at once. Something was going on....

Sky saw Shadow enter the entrance and ask her what had happened. Sky then released her sleeping hold on Rose and hoped that she wouldn't do what she had done at the MRF base.
"The barriers I set on Rose's mind are broken." And Shadow would immediately know what Sky meant by that. Rose's true power was released and out of control. And if they didn't do something about it soon, the situation would go downhill. Only Shadow could help Rose.

Cain didn't say anything as Sky traced her fingers through her hair and led him forward. For the first time since his many visits to the island, Cain was too drained and worn to say a word. Even carrying Rose in his arm was becoming hard. He tried to lay Rose on the floor gently, but that took alot of work. He dropped to the ground next to her, holding himself on one knee as the tired look in his eyes showed.
Mixed in with the fatigue was a look of anger and disbelief. He anger at the fact of how all this was kept from him about Rose. The way Shadow and Sky played her out, she seemed so innocent and easily broken, but after what he had seen and witnessed, all those thoughts were gone. The disbelief was for Rose herself. He couldn't believe how one child could not only come close to Ian, but destroying the whole building, causing him to take Sky into another room.
He then thought about Ian again, the boy was still alive, but close to . Cain had to finish the job that Rose started, and end his life. He struggled to stand, grunting as he did and stumbling to his feet. Trying to stand as proud as he usually did was like a boxer trying to get up from a beating, which his powers had greatly taken. As he had told Sky, it was tough traveling with two people, but when he had to leave with three immediately, without preparation had nearly killed him.
"I need to go." he said, his voice obviously tired, "The boy lives. I need to finish the job."

Shadow didn't have the same concern as Sky. When she heard the barriers had broken, she... actually grinned. The action almost out of character for her. "Finally." Shadow had been waiting, ever since she'd taken Rose as her student when Rose was young, for these moments. When Rose would finally show her true potential.
Shadow's gaze flickered to Cain as he knelt on the ground, a look of exhaustion on his face, masked by two other emotions. She smirked a little, taking a few steps towards Cain. He was probably shocked by what had happened. "Are you surprised?" She sounded almost like she was taunting him, mocking him. "I'll let you in on a little secret, Cain. What you saw was only the beginning. When Rose learns how to control her power again..." Shadow paused, her smirk darkening. "She'll be the strongest Nightshade in existence."
It was a little hard to believe, but when you remembered that Shadow had personally taught Rose, it made you wonder. Why had Shadow done that? Why had Shadow shown such an interest in the girl when she was young, and taken her betrayal worse then even Sky? Not to mention she'd already been showing signs of the barriers weakening in her mind. She had been shaping her barriers in to stairs of sorts, she had been using them like rams. The signs had all been there.... And no one had even noticed.
She blinked when Cain said he had to go, but finally chuckled. "No, let him live. I want the boy to see what true power looks like when he recovers..." Her gaze wandered to Rose, who was starting to stir in her slumber.

Sky just looked to Cain in concern, worried. She gave him a gentle kiss on the forehead, not really paying attention to Shadow or Rose anymore.
"You need to rest first. Stay here." Sky gave him a dark, serious look, telling him not to go against her decision. When Shadow mentioned leaving Ian alive, she nodded in agreement. Sky turned back to Cain. "Ian's dying, Cain. Unless a miracle occurs, he's not going to survive the night. There's no need for you to finish the job." Her eyes conveyed another message though...

Cornered by both Shadow and Sky wasn't something he appreciated much. Sky's soothing voice and Shadows mocking tone, like yin and yang pulling him in different directions. Again his weariness began to take hold, having not used so much of his power ever. He didn't like feeling weak, or looking weak either. He looked to Shadow as she said that she would let Rose increase in her power and face Ian.
"That boy has been a thorn in my side since I had met him." his eyes narrowed, but he looked towards Rose and sighed, "Perhaps just seeing the boy die by her hands is more fitting."
He then looked to Sky as she kissed his forehead, and once again all thoughts of leaving for Ian vanished. What was it with this woman and the ability to keep him with just a kiss, a word or a touch. Perhaps this is the love and devotion he had heard many speak. He reached up and touched her cheek gently, but the look in her eyes suggested other intentions.
"Yes, of course my love. I shall go and rest, today has been...tiring."

As soon as Cain and Sky started to express their feelings for each other a somewhat disgusted, and very annoyed look crossed Shadow's expression. Why were they doing such a thing in front of her?! She didn't want to see this! Shadow muttered something under breath, to quiet for either to hear but it obviously had been an insult in some way.
Rose was lifted into the air, moving towards Shadow and dropping lightly into her arms. "The next time either of you see Rose, she'll be in full control." And Shadow meant it. She turned on her heels and left, retreating into the depths of the base.
