Rory smirked a little, if only she knew how true that statement was. It was as if she was speaking exactly what he was thinking. At least she confirmed that neither Rory nor Freya wanted to leave this hedge maze right now. He had a feeling that if they left the maze, things might change slightly, they might act differently or be forced apart. Rory knew he didn't act this kind very often and he didn't want to stop with her, at least. Then again, he may have been wrong. Perhaps when they got out, nothing would change.
"Aye, alone time... All for training purposes of course." He said with a knowing grin. Something told him if they were alone again, they would probably end up doing this all again, and that Freya probably knew that. As Rory made a particular turn in the maze he saw a bench sitting against the maze wall, past the bench was a dead end. Fortunately, it gave the marker Rory needed and he knew where they were and how to get out. Unfortunately, he knew where they were and how to get out.
He stopped in front of the bench, apparently thinking of what to do next. Should he lead them out or get lead them in circles for a bit longer? When he glanced at Freya he knew what he wanted at the moment, though. He turned to her, still holding her hand and still very close to her. "I guess I was more lost than I thought... Of course, I was a bit distracted." He said, flirting again, it was becoming a bit more natural. He brought his free hand up to push a bit of hair away from Freya's face and lightly touch her cheek, almost as if to point her out as the distraction.
"What do ye want to do now?" As he spoke he let his free hand fall back to his side, then wrap around Freya's waist again, his other hand still holding hers. Though he left what to do next up to her, he made his intentions very obvious when he pulled her a bit closer to him.

Freya couldn't help but giggle softly. Training purposes. "You didn't say what sort of training." Neither of them would be all that willing to actually 'train' in the real meaning of the word if they were alone like that. It just wasn't possible after what was happening right now. If others were present? She was sure neither of them would be this way. It all had to do with them being alone...
Rory had lead them to a dead end, intentionally or not, she had no idea. A look of contemplation crossed his expression, but on what, she didn't know. He could have figured the way out and was trying to decide if he should lead them out, or he was trying to figure out just how to get out of there. When he finally looked back to her though, his decision was clear as day. A decision she was more then a little happy with.
She smiled softly as he spoke, his flirting was getting better, she'd give him that, and when they were close like this... It seemed just as natural as his flirting was getting. "I guess I'm not the only one bad with directions..." She'd decided. He was lying about them being lost. He didn't want it to end just as badly as she didn't.
One of his arms snaked around her again, pulling her close again, his other hand refusing to let go of her own. Her own free hand traced the muscles of the arm around her, her smile more then a little sly. "I'm sure we can come up with something." Answering, but not answering all in the same moment. It wasn't that hard to guess what either of them was thinking. Then, as if unable to wait any longer, Freya leaned forward, her lips instantly finding his own once again.

"No, I s'pose I didn't..." He admitted, and he hadn't said what type of training intentionally. "But I can guarantee that we will both be getting better at something." He said with his trademark wink, leaving just what they would be getting better at up to her. Though with how much they thought alike, he was sure she got his subtle, or perhaps not so subtle, hint as quickly as he did.
"Oi! I didn't say I was bad with directions, I said I was distracted... Huge difference lass." Though really there wasn't much of a difference at all considering they both could get you lost. Lost Rory was not, however, he was simply very skilled at turning a bad situation in his favor. Before he had only used that in combat, but now he was finding much more pleasurable uses for it.
Just as he had expected, their minds were on the same track. as he felt her hand tracing his arm. Though what really drove him crazy was her smile. After that it took quite a bit of willpower to not kiss her there, instead, he forced himself not to reply to her comment and make her wait. Again, just as he predicted, she couldn't wait and kissed him first this time. Rory slowly slid his hand across her back, eventually wrapping it close to her neck and head, pushing her closer and locking their lips even tighter.

Something was the keyword there. He didn't have to finish his sentence for Freya to catch on. After all, it wasn't that hard to figure out with his not to subtle hint. "It's an even more tempting offer then." What was it about Rory that was making her act this way? If Tari were here, she probably wouldn't even recognize Freya right now. It was so strange, and terrifying, and appealing... Either way, she liked how Rory was making her feel.
"Not really." She personally didn't see a difference in being bad with directions and being distracted. Either way, neither of them had planned on getting out of the maze all that soon. In some ways, it seemed almost fitting. A chaotic, confusing place such as this being the place where two forces met. Where few words would ever be needed to express their feelings for each other.
If it were possible, Freya would have smirked at his reaction to her kissing him. He didn't waste any time, his hand soon at the back of her neck and head, pulling her closer then ever before. His touches and kisses were intoxicating, always leaving her wanting more. Even if it didn't seem possible, Freya pushed herself even closer, her fingers having slowly moved from his arm to his torso, entangled in the fabric of his shirt.
((Wow. I really had trouble writing that for some reason.. O.o))

Amazing that only a few weeks earlier when they had first met they spent their entire time fighting and Rory had gotten yelled at and slapped. Not only had no one ever slapped him and lived, but now on only their second meeting he was kissing her as passionately as they possibly could, and with the woman who had slapped him no less! Several years ago if Rory had for some reason decided to fall for someone, there is no doubt that Freya would have been the last person on earth. She was everything that Rory had been trained to hate and kill, yet right now, it seemed that no one else could ever fit him better than her.
Her kisses were beyond intoxicating for Rory, they were addicting, and incredibly distracting. For someone who could see a field mouse moving from several hundred yards away, distracting him was no easy feat, but while he kissed her everything but Freya disappeared; and Rory didn't want it any other way. Amazingly, she seemed to lock the two of them together even tighter than Rory had made it. With the way they were holding each other you would think that they never wanted to let one another go.
Barely breaking for air, it seemed nothing was going to break their kiss this time. Until a sudden, and incredibly sharp pain, hit Rory at the base of his skull. It felt like something was stabbing him and caused him to immediately let Freya go as his face contorted in pain. He reached around and felt, but nothing was there and almost as fast as the pain appeared, it disappeared almost instantly. Rory was breathing heavily, both from the pain, and from how fiercly he and Freya had been kissing. "...That was weird." He said, trying to blow off that he had just been in severe pain. Though more than anything he was incredibly angry that moment had been ruined.

It seemed that love had never been a subject either Rory or Freya had ever really considered before now. Freya hadn't ever thought she'd have the time to fall in love... But it wasn't like they'd spent a whole ton of time together as it was. How could they have fallen for each other so quickly?
Kissing Rory like this, it made everything just vanish, forgotten. Until... Something happened. Rory suddenly pulled away, one of his hands moving to touch the back of his head, a look of agony on his face. Freya was instantly concerned, what had happened? "Are you okay...?"

"Yeah, I'm fine..." He lied, Rory had felt pain like that before, and in the same exact spot. Except every time he felt it, it was right before... No, they wouldn't show up here. They may be one of the most lethal and effective orginizations around, but they weren't stupid. The mansion was guarded very well, by very powerful mutants. Regardless, a look of concern came across his face as he rubbed the back of his head.
He looked back up at Freya, his look of concern quickly being replaced by a slight smile. He walked back up to her and wrapped his arms around Freya's waist again, pulling her to him but not kissing her this time; instead, just holding her. "Well, now that I ruined that... Shall we try te find the way out?" He let one hand run down her arm, then back onto her waist, "Or continue what was interrupted?" He asked with a coy smile, and slightly raised brow.

What was happening to Rory? Why was his head suddenly hurting like that? His concerned look only made her concerned, her eyebrows furrowed together as she tried to figure it out. Rory expression was more then just physically pained, he looked.... worried about something?
She almost sighed in relief when he seemed to return to normal. He was close again, his arms back around her waist as if that's where they belonged. She just smiled slyly as she heard his words. "I think you know the way out though, so there wouldn't be a 'try' at all." She paused for only a moment, long enough to lean forward and giving him a short, teasing kiss. "I thought you ruined the mood though."

Rory acted shocked at what she said, as if she were insulting him with what she said. Though it was fairly obvious that it was a mock shock, "I do not know the way out... I'm very lost... We might just have stay right here all night." He said, looking around him, before turning back to Freya and giving her a very slight wink. On the outside he seemed calm and back to normal, but inside he still couldn't help but think about what the pain had come from.
The tease of a kiss she gave him only made him crave more. It was amazing how she already had him wrapped around her finger, whether she knew it or not. "I was hoping you wouldn't notice." He leaned forward as if to kiss, but barely brushed his lips against hers, "So I guess that means we should go, eh?" He almost whispered it, still staying close to her, trying to tease her more than she had teased him.

Freya giggled softly, the look in her eyes almost seeming to make fun of him. "Really? But I thought you said you were good at directions." Staying there all night though.... it still sounded just as tempting as earlier. "I'd say you'd have no idea how good staying here sounds, but I know you're probably thinking the same thing." She smirked a little.
Her intentions to tease him sort of backfired on her. Because Freya was craving more the second she'd pulled away from the kiss. Before she could respond to his words though, his lips had brushed hers, even more teasing then hers had been. "You're the one that mentioned it." she finally responded, smiling softly. "Before Tari comes would be a good idea." Tari would be coming to find Freya if she was gone for to much longer. Rory could only imagine how a sister could react to finding her sister with a man Tari barely even knew.

She was using his words against him, normally he was the one that did that to other people. He couldn't help but laugh a little, "I am... But you made me distracted... Alright, fine ye caught me, I do know the way out." He said with a grin, though he left out that he had been leading them in circles for a while. "Oh, I am lass... I've been thinking about it for quite a while now too." He smirked slightly as well.
"Aye, we should probably get ye home." There was a hint of remorse in Rory's voice. He bent over and kissed her softly one more time. After a few moments he slid his hands off her waist and grabbed her hand again, leading her down the hedge maze path once again. "So, perhaps ye could come by tomorrow for some training? I mean, it's better to start early after all." He said with another coy smile, squeezing her hand slightly as he did so.

"That's one win for me then." The way she said it... It almost sounded like Freya was going to keep track of victories. Smirking softly, she was more then a little happy to hear him express what she'd already been guessing at. "Good to know you're a little predictable." He wasn't that predictable, but in the ways that they were so similar, it gave Freya a pretty easy read on his thoughts in certain situations... Like right now.
Freya instantly leaned into the kiss, softly returning it before he pulled away. His hands left her waist, but one of them found her hand once again. It wasn't like when he had her all wrapped up snug in his embrace, but any touch was amazing to her. She was sure he was leading the way out now. "I'll be here then." She smiled softly in return, staying close as they walked hand in hand. "What time were you thinking?"

"Oi! That's not fair, I didn't know ye were counting." Rory said with a laugh. He was going to have to watch what he admitted to her from now on. Something told him she would be one to hold how many times she's won an argument over his head. When she said he was a little predictable he simply smiled, if only she knew how unpredictable he could be. Though at times like this, when they were both thinking about doing the same thing, perhaps he was more than a little predictable; but in a good way hopefully.
As he led her down the path, he almost didn't want to take the right turns toward the exit. He wanted to stay in here with her longer, but he knew she was right and that she had to get back to the hotel. There was comfort in the thought that they would be meeting again soon, though; or so he hoped. "As soon as ye can get here? Better to start early right?" He said with another wink, then suddenly, they took a turn and were faced with wide open spaces. Very dark wide open spaces, but they were out none-the-less. "Well... Here we are." There was a hint of remorse in his voice once again.

Freya laughed, shaking her head a little. "I wasn't. Until now." Or rather, since her first victory. She'd probably be forced to keep track of his victories in arguments, otherwise she wouldn't be able to prove later on that she normally won.
The path he was taking them down looked the same as all the previous, each turn looking exactly like the one before. How Rory was able to know the way out, in near pitch black, it was a surprise to say the least. Sure, Freya could have always lighten the path, so both could see clearly, but she was enjoying their time surrounded by darkness.
"Early huh?" She almost sighed, trying to think how early she could be at the school the next day. "Earliest I can do is 8 am. Because other wise, Tari might suspect something, and I'd rather just not have to get up any earlier then that." It wasn't that she hated mornings, she just wasn't an extremely early person. 8 to 10 were her favorite hours, after all. Earlier then that... bugged her.
Then, they were out. She heard that tone he used, a tone that she wanted to use as well. "I best be going then..." Oh how she wanted to stay! She was sure her voice gave her away, no matter how hard she tried to hide it.

Rory laughed softly, "Well don't worry, you won't be having to count your victories too often." He said with a smirk, suggesting that he would be winning any type of competitions they might have. Though since she was keeping count, he made a mental note to keep count as well. After all, he never was one for being outdone.
"Aye, eight is fine by me." The way she spoke, she almost made it sound like they were sneaking around behind Tari's back. Though, if Tari didn't want them together or would be upset if they were together, perhaps they were sneaking around; at least for now.
"I don't blame ye, I'm not a late sleeper, but I do love me sleep." He said with a laugh. During training he remembered having to wake up at five or earlier every morning, sleeping until eight was almost like sleeping in for him.
When heard the remorse that was in her voice as well, it made him feel a little bit better, and a little worse at the same time. It was good to know she wanted to stay with him, but upsetted him that they had to part ways. "I suppose ye better..." Rory said a bit awkwardly, then reached over and pulled Freya against him, kissing her fiercly one more time; not wanting to waste time with teasing this time.
