Freya knew he was right. Just like he shouldn't trust her. Neither of them seemed to be very 'trustworthy' people. He didn't know his past, he didn't know hers. Neither of them had shared their secrets with each other. And yet.... It didn't seem to matter! To either of them! So why... why was it so easy to trust him? Why was it so easy to forget about what she knew he could do if his intentions were malice?
Rory wouldn't hurt her though. That much she was sure of. Never before had someone treated her like this, never before had she been so angry at someone but only slapped them for making her worry. Never before had she felt like this towards another person. And never before had she been kissed like this.
The kiss left Freya speechless. In some ways, it was like fireworks went off, her stomach all a flutter with emotions she could never explain. His arm found it's way around her waist, pulling her even closer, his touch sending electricity through her entire body. How could something as simple as a touch.... a kiss... cause such an unexplainable reaction from her? Her own arms soon found themselves around around his strong shoulders and neck, kissing him just as fiercely as he was kissing her.

Everything seemed to fade away as they kissed. There was no more hedge maze and no more worries. All thoughts of where he was going to go vanished and all fears and thoughts of the Agency went with it. Right now, it was just he and Freya and he was perfectly content with that. In fact, he never knew he could be this content without killing people.
As Freya returned the passion of the kiss, Rory wrapped his other arm around her waist as he felt hers around his neck. Suddenly, without realizing that he had done it, he had picked her up slightly as he kissed her. After several moments he set her back down and pulled away from the kiss, but still had her held close to him.
"I, uh... I'm sorry, I'm not usually like this." He apologized quietly, even though he knew she was enjoying it as much as he was. Still, despite the apology, his arms refused to let her go and he had the instant urge to kiss her again.

Never in a million years had Freya ever thought something like this might happen. It was incredible, and terrifying all in the same breath. Incredible, because she couldn't believe what was happening. Terrifying because she didn't have control of the situation. But right now.... She didn't care. She didn't want to be in control of the situation.
If she could have, she just might have giggled when his other arm wrapped around her and she was swept clean off her feet. It didn't last long though, her feet were soon returned to the ground and Rory had broken the kiss. He held her just as tightly and closely as before though, as if unable to bring himself to release her, just like she was to untangle her arms from around his neck. For now though, it seemed neither of them would put any of that distance between them though. They'd gone down a path that was impossible to back track up.
"That makes two of us." Her voice was little more then a breath, as if she were still speechless. "Don't be sorry..." She didn't want to hear him apologize to her. For anything, right now. Those weren't words she wanted to hear. They weren't words anyone wanted to hear at moments such as this.

Even though Freya had never said anything, he knew they were probably both feeling about the same right now, considering how much they were alike. He too was both very excited about what he felt, though he didn't feel much fear. Instead, it was almost an annoyance. He was excited by the fact of what they were doing but annoyed that he had lost control of himself. Though, if he hadn't lost control, this probably would never had happened and he would have always wondered "What if"?
He couldn't help but smile when Freya spoke. In fact while around Freya he had smiled more than he ever had before. "Well then... I'm not sorry." He said with a slight grin and a wink, unable to stop himself from pulling her deep into a kiss again; immediately feeling the world fade away again. It was an amazing feeling, and one he hadn't really felt before. He used to be an adrenaline junky, but now, he was probably going to be addicted to something else entirely.

What if questions never even crossed Freya's mind. She wouldn't let them. This was what was happening, there was no reason to ever wonder what would have happened, or what could have happened. Everything that did happen was meant to. And with Rory? It all felt so right.
If he'd given her the time to respond, she still wouldn't have said anything, she would have kissed him herself instead. Thankfully, he took the matter into his own hands, giving her that grin of his and another wink right before his lips found their way back to hers. The maze was gone again, nothing else existed but them. Butterflies were in her stomach again, and it was a good thing Rory had such a tight grip on her because she felt weak at the knees, in a sense.
Before now, Freya would have said she liked kissing well enough, a few daring men had kissed her once or twice before figuring out who she was. Those kisses were nothing compared to these. Exhilarating, warm, terrifying. Rory's kisses were so many things wrapped up in one, you couldn't put a name to the feelings she felt. There was one thing though, the same thing Rory had come to realize. They were oh so addicting.

It was an unexplainable feeling, holding her close to him and the amazing kiss. Rory had been around for a long time, a very long time in fact. He'd experianced almost everything any human or mutant could experiance in a lifetime, several times over. Yet amazingly, this feeling felt so new and incredibly exhilarating. Almost like the first time he jumped out of a plane, or perhaps his first kill, or the thrill of taking down a mutant that could easily destroy an entire army. Yet this was even better than that.
He couldn't help but wonder though, was this love? Could a person fall in love so quickly? Did it really matter right now? The only question he could answer was the last one, and it was a most definate "NO". He too had, had women chase him. Most immediately turned away by the fact that he was a mutant, if not that then the fact that he was incredibly old and that was only if they weren't scared of him in the first place.
Every thought he tried to have quickly disappeared and his focus would return to kissing Freya. Rory had lost track of time, making it impossible to tell how long he held Freya in his embrace. Putting as much raw passion as he could into the kiss as he could, he did eventually pull away again. Still, his arms remained firm in their place around Freya's waist, "I suppose we should try to find a way out... Or we could stay." He said with an almost mischevious grin.

Such a funny thing this was. Two encounters. They'd had two encounters, and already Freya just couldn't get enough. Was things supposed to happen like this? She had no idea. She didn't care. All she cared about was being wrapped up in his arms like she'd slip away if he let go, his lips rough against hers like he had only one chance to express everything. She knew only one thing right now, and that was that she didn't want this to end.
This night, everything was just so perfect. Passion that Rory and Freya had yet to express was exchanged, neither even needing to say such useless words now. Then, like all things, it came to an end, or... partial end. Rory still held her tightly, his grip never loosening. Freya untangled her fingers from each other, one of her hands remaining where it rested around his shoulders, the other softly moving to touch his cheek. Electricity seemed to generate from her touch, God did she want to kiss him again! "Either way... What would we do?" She smirked in return, just as mischievous as his was.

Rory never took his eyes off Freya after he broke the kiss, it would have been harder to take his eyes and hands off her, so why fight it? This is one time he actually didn't mind being weak to something, or someone, even if it did still bother him. When she ran her hand down his cheek he could feel an almost literal shock from her touch, almost the same type of shock he felt through his body while kissing her.
"Well... I can think of a few things to do." He said with a wink, certain that she was probably thinking the same thing as him. "We probably should leave the maze first though... Don't worry, I won't leave your side this time." Like his body would let him even if he wanted to anyways. Begrudgingly, he let his arms slide down her waist and eventually off of her. One hand reached out for hers though. Rory wasn't the most romantic guy, nor did he know much about it, but this felt right.

Freya's smile remained, a giggle almost escaping her when he winked and spoke. She'd gotten over her blushing whenever he did it by this point. "I'm sure you could." Freya and Rory were so similar, she could almost read his mind, just like he could probably read hers. It wasn't that hard, since a lot of their thoughts seemed to be pretty close. "You better not. Otherwise I just might make my own door out of here." She didn't want him startling her again. But... for some reason she didn't care anymore.
His hands had left her waist by then, much to her dismay, but one of his hands had quickly found her own, her fingers instinctively closing around his. "I should warn you though. I am absolutely terrible with mazes." That probably wouldn't surprise Rory. He knew how impatient she was. Telling her to figure out a maze was only asking for trouble.

"Well don't do that." Rory said with a chuckle, "If you made a door out of here the Professor would probably chew me out fer lettin ye." He said with another laugh. He didn't really know the Professor well enough, yet, to know what he'd do. Though he doubted anyone would be happy with Freya burning a path through a maze that likely took years to make.
Having to let her go was hard, but feeling her hold tightly to his hand did make up for it somewhat. It didn't stop him from craving the real thing though, "Well I'm fairly good with directions... So hopefully we can get out." He said as he began to move forward, still holding tight to Freya's hand and staying close beside her. "Of course, if we don't get out, I'm sure we can find something to do until morning." He gave a side-ways glance at her, knowing again she probably knew what he was hinting at.

The 'Who knows?' smile Freya was giving Rory wouldn't be all that comforting. It wasn't like Freya could get in trouble for ruining the maze, the school authorities had no power over her. Rory though.... He was the one living here, and looked like he just might be joining the team soon. "Probably." She paused, shrugging softly, not all that concerned with him being chewed out. Rory wouldn't let someone chew him out like that. He was to stubborn for that.
Freya was right behind him as he started to try to find the way out, a soft smile on her lips. "Hopefully being the keyword?" She chuckled softly. "That's not all that comforting, you know." The look he gave her after his next comment almost set the butterflies in her stomach loose again, knowing exactly what he was thinking about. "I'm sure we could." She almost echoed his words, a sly smirk on her lips now. Who would have thought that when they had met at the Bank they would ever get to this stage?

Rory glanced over to her as she spoke. Immediately wanting to kiss her again as she smiled. What was casuing this? How was it she could do something so small and make Rory attracted to her even more. Whatever she had, or was doing, whether she knew she was doing it or not, it was working on Rory. "Not comforting? 'Ey, I'll get us out of here, don't you worry." He said, echoing her laugh a little.
When he saw her smirk after speaking again, he knew she was thinking what he was thinking. "Of course... I may not want to get you out of her." He said with another mischevious smile. The pitch black of the maze made it hard to tell where the path was going, and with many of the stars in the sky faded it was hard to tell which direction he was headed. He continued on though, making turn after turn, really not caring if they got out anytime soon so long as Freya was with him. "You know, ye said that your power wasn't very subtle... If ye wanted, I could teach ye how to fight without powers."

Rory wasn't the only one suffering from the extreme attraction between them. Every time he looked back at her or spoke with that Irish accent she wanted to touch him again, feel his lips against hers. Great, she was officially addicted to Rory kissing her. It almost made her smile again. Not a bad addiction, if you thought about it.
"Oh?" The smirk of hers just wouldn't go away. "So you're getting us even more lost intentionally? Even more comforting." She wasn't paying attention to where he was leading her anywhere, having lost track of all the turns from the first one. The longer they were in here, the longer these moments would last. She didn't care if they spent the rest of the night trying to find a way out. All she wanted was this to go on. The perfect evening with Rory.
"Really? And how do you plan to do that? I'm not one for being subtle, you know." Which was true. When you looked at how easy it was for her to make a show of her powers, subtle didn't seem to fit her to well.

"No, I'm not gettin' ya lost intentionally... I'm just sayin', if we don't find a way out, it's not such a bad thing." He said with a smirk as well. He probably wouldn't admit it out loud, far to stubborn and proud to do it, but now that he really looked at her, there was very little that didn't attract him to her. From he beautiful French accent, to her smirk, and her witty comments. He felt like a lovestruck teenager, which annoyed him to some extent as always, but he was able to ignore it.
Turn after turn he began making his way for what he assumed was the exit, though really he was focusing more on Freya and was mostly letting his feet carry themselves. It turned out she was more of a distraction than he would have guessed, a wonderful distraction at that. "Well, I've taught people how to fight without powers before, and taught them how to be a bit more subtle." Though really, he loved the fact that Freya wasn't afraid of not being subtle. "Of course, if I were to teach ya how to fight right, it would mean a lot of long days spent alone with me."

"Oh I see. I don't think either of us would mind you getting us lost intentionally though." No, she was more then sure. Neither of them would care at all. A part of her even wanted him to get them intentionally lost, just like she was sure he was contemplating. She was starting to get a little more anxious from only their hands touching, but she kept the emotion under wrap, just like Rory was trying to hide his annoyance at himself. It was cute to put it simply, how he was growing annoyed with himself for some reason, then would forget it, then it'd come back, then he'd forget it again.
Everything about Rory, everything he did and said, it was attracting. Every little thing that even he didn't notice. Finding their way out seemed to be long forgotten, Rory no longer paying attention to where he stepped as long as it was on a path, and Freya was more then happy to follow. Deeper and deeper into who knew where...
"Oh. Alone time, huh?" She smirked a little, knowing what just might happen in that alone time. Either way, she didn't see much actual 'training' in the future. "I just might have to take you up on that offer."
