Alone(Open)

[tokra]

::he couldn't help but still feel a little out of the loop even though she was explaining things to him. He didn't know who these people were, but decided that he would find out the more he stayed. Besides, Ayden was the only person he knew around her, besides her giant wolf who came bounding up with a red ball. He chuckled as the wolf bounded off into the woods::

Yeah but what can you do? A pup's a pup no matter how big he is.

::he then turned his attention to her::

I'm just glad there's someone here that I know now.

[aiden]

*She shook her head and rolled her eyes.*

"While that is true I really do wish that he would grow up just a little bit."

*Ayden winced as Faolan slammed hard into a tree, but shook her head and sighed when she heard him proclaim that he was okay.*

*She glanced at Tokra and managed to give him a slight grin.*

"Trust me, I know how that feels."

::he was about to comment when he heard a loud thud and the shaking of leaves. He winced as he looked over and saw that her pet had indeed run into a tree. He smirked and couldn't help a chuckle. Somebody should tell him he's suppose to go around the trees, not through them. He then remembered that Ayden could read his thoughts and his cheeks turned a slight red as he looked to her::

Um...sorry about that.

[aiden]

*She quirked a brow at him.*

"Sorry about what?"

*She couldn't deny that she was confused. True, if she had wanted to she could have dug through his mind until she discovered what he was apologizing for, but since she had been able to reign her powers back, even in the slightest, she did her best to never hunt through the mind of an other unless she needed to. She was also curious as to why he was blushing, but she didn't mention that.*

Oh I was just thinking that someone should tell him he's suppose to go around trees and not through them.

::he chuckled, then suddenly stopped. He looked over at her curiously when he realised she didn't know what he was apologizing for::

Wait...can't you read my thoughts?

[aiden]

*She smirked at this.*

"Well there's no reason to be sorry for that. He really should know that trees are solid objects by now."

*When he inquired her about her power she suddenly got excited, for the last time she had seen him she had no control over her powers and literally had to hear everything.*

"Yeah, I can still read your mind, but now I can control it! I don't have to read minds unless I want to!"*She grinned triumphantly.*

::he couldn't help but chuckle when she mentioned Faolan::

I guess that depends on how old he is.

::when he noticed her change of mood, he looked to her oddly. As she talked about how she was able to control her powers, his look turned to that of surprise. He then looked back at the school with an interested face::

So this school really does help people control their powers. That's cool.

[aiden]

*She quirked a brow at him and then whistled for Faolan to get his stupid tail out of the trees and go play where he wouldn't cause himself any more brain damage.*

"He's about seven years old. Trust me, he should know that trees are solid by now."

*Ayden furrowed a brow at his tone. He didn't sound excited or anything like she was...however he had never had the problems that she had. At one point she hadn't been able to control her mind from causing people to do themselves harm if she got frustrated and wanted them to be in pain.*

"You sound so zealous. I think I might die from it."

*She stated in a monotone voice, bending over to scratch Faolan's ears once he had reached her.*

Oh I didn't know that, figured he was a little younger

::He watched as Faolan bounded into the forest to play somewhere. He didn't worry cuz he was sure that if the little cub was in trouble, Ayden would know. He knelt down to pet the young wolf while Ayden joked about the tone in his voice. He chuckled a little::

Sorry, I just get nervous around new places. Especially big ones like this.
